I've used these folks twice now because they are very local (same village!) but the reason I keep going back is that they are nice, and competent, and happy to discuss things rather than just turn up and charge you something. This review is based on annual servicing experiences for a 2009 Potterton combi boiler, which I already had installed. But I would call them first if I needed new works doing
