I had a problem with my gas (late on a Friday) and Simon arrived Friday evening and again on Saturday, and worked hard to rectify the problem, without fuss. He was polite and efficient as always and they have always been excellent value for money. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone.
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-04-07, by 0110 5461Terrible customer service, the lady on the phone sounds clueless, not called back about an enquiry then was told to ring elsewhere then was hung up on, in other words get a new receptionist! The engineer doesn't seem as experienced as he claims either. I do not recommend.
